Women Crush Wednesday – Meet Meghan

Fast forward to a month ago, a creative brainstorming session for the Red Bra Project. We were all trying to think of amazing woman we know or follow on social media that we thought might be great to highlight in our first initial launch weeks, Without even needing to take a moment to think I mentioned Meghan. Meghan was the perfect example of the Red Bra Project’s mission. She was real, authentic, and was a woman who are doing impossible things daily but looking at those tasks like they are normal and every day. The thinking that no applause was needed for her efforts because her battle was just that her own and not a big deal.

This past Wednesday we had the opportunity to finally sit down with Meghan on the The Red Bra Project YouTube Channel, and hear her story in her own words. We laughed, we listened, and we cheered Meghan on for the amazing transformation she made in her life. When, as she said, “ she couldn’t human anymore”, she knew she needed a change. She started incorporating clean eating into her diet. Which clean eating for Meghan means cutting back on the amount of sugar she consumes in her daily diet.

She has learned how to listen to her body, to watch for signs knowing no matter what she will always test positive for lyme, but keeping her base numbers in check will hopefully help her maintain the active fitness lifestyle she enjoys. We are honored that Meghan took the time to share her health journey with us and The Red Bra Project followers. She is more of an inspiration than even she realizes. If you know someone that is battling lyme disease or an autoimmune disorder that you think they could benefit from hearing Meghan’s story we encourage you and your friends to watch the replay of our live stream on The Red Bra Project YouTube Channel.

Thank you for stopping by, always wear that red bra underneath it all and please do
come be friends with us over @theredbraproject, we would LOVE to have you join
